Covid-19 Screening
We have developed an intake form for screening specific markers that may indicate the patient has been infected with Covid-19. Depending on what the patient presents, the physician will see highlighted fields where the inputs exceed standard levels.

From the mobile app patients answer a series of questions designed to check for markers or indications the patient may be infected with Covid-19.
